What file format can I use?

The acceptable formats in which you can send your files, blueprints, and artworks are:

How am I billed?

Billing is sent after your order has been placed. This ensures the timely delivery of your prints and plans. Minneapolis Blueprints accepts all major credit cards.

How and when do I get my prints?

We use FedEx Ground® Business delivery via ground shipping, which allows us to charge an incredibly low flat rate for shipping. (No hidden charges. Promise.) FedEx Ground® offers 100-percent coverage to all U.S. business addresses, with small-package delivery completed within one to five business days in the continental U.S. and three to seven business days in Alaska and Hawaii.

All Minneapolis Blueprints shipments made before 2 PM normally arrive within one to two business days, depending on the distance to your destination in Minneapolis / St. Paul.

What options are available for scanning?

Our Minneapolis reprographics, blue print printing, and construction printing company offers high-resolution digital scanning services in color and monochrome, and in formats that include PDF, TIF/TIFF, and JPG/JPEG. Two resolution options are available for your black and white scans: 200 dpi or 400 dpi.

Minneapolis Blueprints delivers your scans via:

  • E-mail
  • FTP (File Transfer Protocol)
  • Storage in a CD or DVD
  • Upload to a password-protected folder for download on any computer with Web access

Is it secure?

Yes. Minneapolis Blueprints enables customers to shop, order, and perform online credit card and electronic check transactions without having to worry about security. Our partner, Authorize.Net, is an industry-leading payment gateway, with complex infrastructure and security features that ensure fast, reliable, secure, and fraud-free transmission of transaction data.

With Authorize.Net, we are able to offer:
